We have negotiated special rates for the participants of the IWGO Conference and reserved a block of rooms with the Palm Garden Hotel.

The Palm Graden Hotel is our so-called preferred hotel and is highly recommended to all IWGO Conference participants. From this hotel only, we organize the daily shuttle service to the conference location (MARDI Auditorium) on the MARDI Campus in Putrajaya.

Prior the conference will start in the MARDI Auditorium, we will organize Registration and a Welcome Reception in the Palm Garden Hotel on Monday 27th of October 2025!

The Palm Garden Hotel is situated in Putrajaya near Kuala Lumpur but away from the hustle of Kuala Lumpur city. The estimated travel time from KL International Airport to the Palm Graden Hotel is 60 minutes during heavy traffic times.

• MYR 360.00 nett per room per night inclusive 01 person breakfast
• MYR 400.00 nett per room per night inclusive 02 person breakfast
• Tourism Tax MYR 10.00 nett per night to be paid at check-out
• A credit card is required to reserve and guarantee the booking. Full payment may be settled upon check-in
• The block has been reserved for the period of the conference arrival Friday 24 October and departure Friday 31 October 2025. • Rooms are subjected to hotel availability and based on first-come-first-served basis.
• These rooms will be available until 30th of August 2025 only under the assumption that the block of rooms has not been booked out before. We would like to advice booking the room soon, in case you need to cancel your room, you can do so until 7 days before the conference starts.
