Registration fee for participation includes:

• Entry to scientific sessions and panel discussions;
• Programme booklet;
• 6 Coffee/tea breaks;

^*Potential participants from national research organizations from South-East Asia and South Asia+ can contact the registration office to apply for an award to lower the registration fees by 70%. This will be done on a “first come - first serve” basis as IWGO has only limited funds available, but we are very committed to support participants from the above defined region who are presenting their research findings. To apply for an award to lower the registration fee, you must register online and submit your abstract for an oral or poster presentation in English. After finishing the registration process, please contact Heike Kuhlmann (This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.) and provide a message that you apply for this award associated with a proof of employment from the national research organizations in the form of a signed letter on an official letterhead from the home Department Leader or equivalent (please submit a PDF file or scan). The letter must be received latest by the deadline date for registration, however, watch out for the “first come - first serve” rule.

**To be entitled to the discounted rate, the student must be enrolled in a degree programme at a college or university at the time of the IOBC-Global IWGO Conference. Proof of enrolment must be provided in the form of a signed letter on an official letterhead from the home Department Chair or equivalent, stating simply that the student is currently enrolled in the undergraduate or graduate programme of that Department. We are sorry to announce that post-doctoral research scientists are not eligible for the discounted rate. The letter must be received by the deadline date for early registration. Payment

Registration fees are due without deduction.
You will find the account details on the invoice, which you can download from your conference account.

Credit card online
Once you have submitted your registration a link will appear on your account to allow you to process your credit card payment through a secured payment system set up for the conference, Wordline (Saferpay). Please note any credit card transaction will appear on your statement as KCS Kuhlmann Convention Service.

After registering online your password and username allows you to access your account at any time, to view the details of your online registration, view your payment status, print an invoice or submit an abstract.

Payments:

All invoices are due fourteen (14) days from their issuance ("payment term") and must be settled within this payment term. This applies to all invoices, including early, regular and late registrations, as well as additional bookings such as excursions.

Cancellation and Refund of Tickets

1. Cancellations are only accepted in written form via email to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.
2. Registrations cancelled before August 15, 2025, will receive a full refund minus a cancellation fee.
3. The cancellation fee is 40 USD.
4. After the aforementioned dates, participants can no longer cancel their tickets. This also applies if participants are unable to attend the conference due to reasons such as illness, travel inability, visa application rejection, or travel restrictions.
